Why do I think that tolerating chaos and developing intuition are among the most important competences of the 21st century? Because the flood of information, the abundance of fake news, makes it too difficult to make real, inward decisions. We want to solve too many things with our rationality, but the “brain is a very good learner but a terrible master”. Creative, forward-thinking, time-tested decisions mostly come from our guts, not our heads. Communities and groups that work in this way are more creative and more resilient, so it makes sense to develop these competencies in groups.
